You should really enjoy it. One of the best purchases for my HT in a long long long long time.

LOL, thanks guys. I need to RTFM. Its fairly intuitive, got a game played, movie watched, trailers downloaded, wireless setup etc. but I have no idea how to charge the controller :D

Ah, I left it plugged in over night but the PS3 was off. Since I thought the PS3 was never really "off" but just in standby, I thought it would charge the controller.

CJ, are you planning on getting that Blue tooth/IR remote you posted about the other day?

    CJ,

I am watching the Blue Ray players, looking for purchase options daily. I would like to know your take on the PS3 once you get some experience with it. I am intrigued by this chinese entry Gowell, plus of course the Sony and other entries into the Blue Ray world. It would be nice if a comparison of features and benefits could be posted for all the different players. I am most likely going to dive in in the next 6 months based upon price and featrures available. Dtrue hd, hdmi, 5.1, 7.1 , ease of use and speed. quirks, etc.

I could work up a sheet but formatting it for the forum might be an issue. I'm not an HTML guy.

One of the things that I'm kind of just hoping for is that with the PS3 being so built like a "special purpose" PC, that it will be able to handle any and all updates to the BD spec without having to worry about well, the Samsung can't be upgraded to handle BD-J or the LG can't be upgraded to do HDMI 1.3 etc. Its like which can and cannot handle what future features???!

Put it in powerpoint and save it as an image, etc. Lots of options.
