    Porn will not affect the outcome. Porn is the internet, not gext gen HD.

    True, but there are still folks online that are convinced that HD/Blu will explode because of porn the same way SD did back in the day...

    I've never bought a porn dvd in my life, never will. It's laughable to think they could decide this war. No one I know buys porn dvds either.

    What percentage of all DVDs sold are porn?

    Not sure, but I am willing to be that it was a higher percentage during DVDs first two years then it is now.


    That said, I agree that other tech changes have really limited the impact of porn on this particular war. There are some "hardcore" (pun intended) folks for who this is going to be a primary purchasing factor, but the main battle is going to be decided on other factors.
