What the hell is the icon for the site?

You know the little icon that shows up on the browser tab and on your favorites list?

What the hell is it? Kind of looks like a pine cone with a tail.

Looks like a little movie reel to me.

Not talking about the nice graphic. That is cool and pretty clear.

You know how some sites have a little graphic on the browser tab? MSN has the butterfly. Google has the "G". MSNBC has the peacock.

This site has something, but I can't make out what it is. Looks like a nutty crap with an umbilical cord coming out of it.

It's a film reel. It gets squashed since the aspect of the image does not fit well into icon size, giving it a sort of pine-cone-ish, pile-of-crap, umbilical-cord-residue look.

And again we see the importance of maintaining the Original Aspect Ratio (OAR).

Here at school all I see is the internet explorer icon.

No it isn't squashed or out of perspective.

It is a film reel standing on end with a little film reeled off of it. Nothing more nothing less.

My IE version is stuck at 6 since I'm on Win 2000. Just the IE logo for me.
